Registration Information

Weblink for virtual events will be emailed to registrants two business days in advance of the event.

It is the registrant's responsibility to ensure their link has been received prior to the event and contact the OPA office if it has not been received. Registrants are advised to ensure contact information at registration is accurate, as these will be the only means of OPA staff reaching out in case of difficulties.

Registrants will receive full refund if an event is cancelled by the OPA, or if the event is rescheduled and the registrant is unable to attend the new event date.

Requests for refunds should be submitted in writing to the OPA office at registration@eopa.ca. A cancellation fee of $10 for each cancelled registration will apply to all refunds issued until two business days prior to the event. No refunds will be provided once the weblink has been distributed.
