LEARNING OBJECTIVES
•Apply existing safer opioid supply (SOS) and injectable opioid agonist therapy (iOAT) literature to opioid-prescribing in hospital for people receiving these therapies in the community
•Provide an overview of the role of peer specialists in hospital, as well as part of an interdisciplinary team approach to harm reduction
•Discuss current challenges to harm reduction in hospital and potential future directions for improving care for people who use drugs while in hospital
